Frequently Asked Questions
Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order to do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select the payment method for your Raw Republic goods - we will ship your package within 1-2 weeks.

Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order ready to ship as soon as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request.

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation within 15 minutes. After your order has shipped,
you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Your order can take 1-2 weeks to be fulfilled. A friendly reminder
that business days do not count as holidays and or weekends. All packages are shipped through the United States Postal Service.
If you did not receive an order confirmation
after placing an order, contact Raw Support to verify your email address.
If you have an Raw account, simply log in and select “My Orders” in the drop-down menu under your name.
There, you can find the order number! If you haven't created an account, no worries!
You can create one anytime with the same email address used to place the order.
With every order we send an order confirmation email, which is sent to the
same email used to make the purchase.
Be sure to check all inboxes as it can make its way to junk/spam folder.
Already have an account?
First, log into your Raw account at any time and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packaged and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.
Keep in mind that international orders can take up to 1-4+ weeks to arrive.
Don't have an account?
No worries! You can use the same email address that
you placed your order with to create an account and it will appear under "My Orders".
Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the
package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used
to see the information about your order. If the order was packaged on the weekend,
it will be updated the next available business day!
Shipping cost:
All North American orders qualify for free shipping over $75.99.
Orders outside of North America will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country.
Full price will be displayed at checkout.
Due to the high volume of shipments at this time,
shipping couriers are unable to guarantee
estimated delivery dates.

Raw Republic ships with the United States Postal Service and UPS.
All United States orders will take anywhere from 2-4 business days to arrive (excluding weekends and holidays).
All international orders can take anywhere from 2-4+ weeks (excluding weekends and holidays).
Expedited and Priority shipping options are available at checkout!
Our delivery times are only estimated and are not
guaranteed. They will always be estimated in
business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once the packages arrive in the hands of our shipping provider,
arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.
Neither Raw Republic or the United States Postal Service and UPS are responsible for lost packages if your shipping address is entered incorrectly.

Please note both of these items are not made of thick materials.
Care Instructions:
Since this item is handmade, you will need to follow specific care instructions to ensure the longevity of the design
. Wash the item inside out with cold water or on the delicates setting.
. Tumble dry on a low-temperature setting.
. Make sure you don't iron over the design, and if you do wish to iron directly on the design, place a sheet of parchment paper over top.

Restock times vary!
While there are many reasons, restock times are largely dependent on the availability of the specific item.
We source our items from many different manufactuers, and sometimes we buy their remaining stock of a item. Sometimes these items come back in stock and, unfortunately, sometimes they don’t!
You can sign up for email notifications underneath each sold out product
to be the first to know when it would be restocked!

We currently embroider all our products ourselves and each item takes time to make!
