Help! I can't submit the picture I want custom designed, what do I do?
Please fill out all the information within the form, after you submit please wait 24 hours for our team to respond to your Custom Order request! Once we respond, you will be able to send the image through the email chain!
What is a design fee?
All Custom Orders must pay a design fee plus the apparel fee. The design fee is your design or logo that will need to be digitzed in order to embroider your product(s).
Our design fee is a one time charge, if you place another order with us in the future using the same design/logo, you will only have to pay for the apparel fee. If you wish to choose design from our Popular Customs, you will not have to pay a design fee.
Please keep in mind our design fee pricing varies on the complexity and size of the design/logo.
What is your processing time?
Our processing time is 1-2 weeks, this does not include the digization process of your design/logo or if certain sizes/colors need to be ordered for your Custom. Digizitation process typically takes anywhere from 1-2 days to complete.
